Great flavour of lychee. However, I forgot to refrigerate the bottle after opening it. I am not sure if I had used a spoon that had water in it or something, but teh syrup spoiled after 10 days or so as I had left the bottle outside.

I am a fan of these syrups. I have tried out almost all their varieties. I initially bought it thinking of guests, but corona virus left us isolated. I have been using them in our fruit smoothies. They are very versatile and work so well with my yogurt smoothies. Adds just the right amount of kick. I am yet to use them in mocktails and cocktails, but I have a feeling they wont disappoint.
