What goes into a bottle of Swa Artisanal Syrup?
Just fruits, herbs and spices, some sugar and filtered water. Nothing else. No chemical preservatives, no added flavours or colours. No thickener. No stabilizer.

How do I use Swa Syrups?
  • You can be as creative as you’d like. To keep it simple, you just need to add 1 part tea blend or signature blend syrup to six parts water and shake it up with ice for a nice refreshing drink. You can also simply drizzle them on your ice cream or yogurt. You can use them as a part of your salad dressing, or can also bake with it.

  • You can mix one or more syrups to make your own special Mocktail. You can mix Swa with your cold brew for a beautiful craft coffee. Some amazing cocktails can be made with Swa Syrups as well.

    Can I add Swa Syrups to hot beverages or can they be used only in cold beverages?
    This varies from flavour to flavour. Our iced teas, you can enjoy with hot water. Our signature blends can be added to a hot black coffee. Both tea blends and signature blends have lemon juice, hence might not go with dairy products. Jaggery Syrup can be added to both hot and cold, milk coffees, and teas.

    Is it safe to give Swa Syrups to kids?
    Best to check about dietary information with a Doctor.
    In case they don’t have any special dietary requirements/mandates… Swa is quite safe as it has no added preservatives, colours or artificial flavours.

    What precautions are you taking for Covid-19 times?
    At Swa Syrups we have implemented all the recommended safety precautions.
    About ourselves and our staff:
  • We have a minimal number of hands that touch the products.

  • All of our temperatures readings are taken every day

  • Even within the production area, we have arranged our workplaces with sufficient distancing

  • Entry & Exit of material and people into our premises

  • Only ourselves and our staff are allowed to enter the premises, and after entry we sufficiently sanitize ourselves.

  • All other people (delivery partners, raw material suppliers, customers who come for pickup, etc) are allowed until 6 ft away from the door.

  • All inwarded raw materials are kept idle for 7 days, or properly sanitised before use.


    The syrups are prepared and filled in the bottles at very high temperatures, and they go straight to a sanitized room, where they cool down. These are packed in carton cases and prepped for delivery in a sanitised room.

    How many drinks does a 250 ml syrup make? Do you do bigger packages?
    It makes about 8 – 10 drinks. We do a 500 ml and 750 ml package for bulk orders too. Write to us on to know more.

    How many flavour variants do you have?
    We actually have over 60 variants, but we are unable to retail that many. We sell them to hotels, restaurants, and cafes if they give us bulk orders.

    How is the shelf life 4 months long if there are no preservatives added?
    We process using Hot Fill Technique, this means that you sterilize the bottles first and then the syrup is poured at a certain temperature and sealed. In a clean environment, no microbes are formed for a while. It’s more cumbersome than using a pinch of a chemical preservative, but we really think bringing a Natural Product to our users is more important.

    How do I store these syrups?
    An unopened bottle can last in a cool dry place for about 4 months. Once opened, it needs to be refrigerated and used within a month. But for the freshness and the best experience, try and use it asap.

    Why does the syrup looks like its separating?
    Because it’s natural and contains no stabilisers. And in any natural product, the fruit part and the water part will separate. Just give it a good shake and use it.


    Can I cancel my order?
    You might cancel an order within 5 working hours since the order has been placed. In no situation will the customer be allowed to cancel an order post confirmation of an order by our team. We want you to understand that our products are handcrafted and made to order. Once the order is confirmed it moves into production, which cannot then be reversed.

    What if I received a broken bottle?
    Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the package for us to act on it. Any notice given by a customer post 24 hours from delivery shall not be entertained.

    What if I got a different flavour than what I ordered?
    Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the package for us to act on it. Any notice given by a customer post 24 hours from delivery shall not be entertained.

    What if I opened the bottle, and want to return it?
    Sorry, We cannot accept opened bottles back.

    When will I get my refund?
    Refunds, if eligible, will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days. Refunds will be done after deducting transaction charges.

    What are the delivery charges?
    Nation Wide Shipping: Free shipping for orders above Rs 499. A Rs 40 additional charge for orders below Rs. 499/-.

    Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
    It is possible our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. We do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

    What is the estimated delivery time?
    We generally produce and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
    Estimated delivery is between 8 to 12 days depending on the geographical distance and number of working days. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

    Product’s availability
    The destination to which you want the order shipped and the networking of our delivery partners
