Swa Tamarind Shikanji Alco-Slushie

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml Swa Tamarind Shikanji
  • 60 ml Gin / White Rum
  • 5 ml Lime
  • 150 ml Water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the syrup, spirit and water in a plastic container and freeze it
  2. After it's frozen, take it out and break it apart, add some lime and put it in a blender
  3. Blend the frozen mix till it forms a nice slush
  4. Pour into a glass and serve cold!
