COCOA MINT MOJITO COCKTAIL

Cocoa mint mojito cocktail

If you're a fan of chocolate and mint, then you're sure to love this take on a classic mojito. While the cocoa veers away from the usual mojito flavour profile, the presence of lime allows for a rich cocktail that won’t weigh you down.

 

  • 30 ml Swa Cocoa mint syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 60 ml light rum
  • 60 ml soda
  • Lots of ice cubes

  1. Muddle mint leaves and lime in the base of a highball glass.
  2. Stir in the Swa syrup and rum, then add the ice cubes.
  3. Top with club soda, garnish with a sprig of mint, and enjoy!
