MINT CHOCOLATE MOCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

5 Tbsp - Swa Cocoa mint syrup
½ cup - Chocolate Sprinkles
2 scoops - Vanilla Ice Cream
¼ cup - Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Add 2 Tbsp Swa Cocoa mint syrup onto a plate. Pour Chocolate Sprinkles onto another plate. Dip the rim of 2 martini glasses into Swa syrup, then Chocolate Sprinkles.
Squeeze 3 tablespoons of Swa syrup into a plastic zip-top bag and snip off a small piece from 1 corner. Pipe sauce into glasses starting at bottoms and working up to tops to create swirl patterns; set aside.
In a blender mix the Vanilla Ice Cream and milk until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
