Swa Passion Fruit Mocktail Recipe
Crush ice along with mint leaves in a blender.
(If you don't have a blender, do it the old fashioned way, using a rolling pin and a zip lock/ resealable bag. Put the ice in the bag, seal it tightly, and use the rolling pin to lightly bash or hit it until you reach the desired consistency.) Add chopped mint leaves and mix it with the ice.
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice. Pour in the Passionfruit Tea syrup, prepared lemon juice and coconut milk. Stir with a cocktail stirrer or spoon and serve immediately.
