Sparkling Ginger Colada Mocktail & Cocktail

 20 ml Swa Lemon Ginger Naariyal Paani Syrup, add 5 ml more for virgin colada
 10 ml Swa Pineapple birds eye chilli syrup (optional),
 30 ml pineapple juice (if not using the pineapple birds eye chilli syrup)
 15 ml Fresh lime juice
 60 ml Rum
 tonic water/soda

The beauty of Swa Artisanal Syrups is that they make both virgin drinks as well as cocktails really well!

For a virgin sparkling colada, shake the tropical mix of pineapple juice or Swa pineapple bird's eye chilli syrup, lime and Swa Lemon ginger Naariyal Paani Syrup. You can use any empty bottle or a glass jar to do this. If its too much hassle just mix everything and stir in a glass. We add an extra 5 ml syrup here to balance the slightly extra tonic water/soda that will be used in the non alcoholic mocktail version.

Pour over this mixture on fresh ice in a serving glass and lengthen with carbonated water.

For the Rum version, mix in the rum with the other ingredients in the beginning as well. And then serve in a glass with ice, and add tonic water on top as desired. Your Sparkling Colada is ready. Cheers!
