Pineapple Bird’s Eye Chilli Mocktail Recipe
Gently muddle mint basil, and some of the ice using a muddler, or a wooden spoon in the absence of a muddler. Add the remaining ice to the glass.
Pour in the Pineapple Birds Eye Chilli Syrup, water and club soda. Stir with a cocktail spoon or stirrer to combine.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and serve cold.
