Ingredients

  • 30 ml Swa Tamarind Shikanji
  • 30 ml London dry gin
  • 150 ml Soda / Tonic Water
  • 5 ml Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add ice, freshly squeezed lime juice and the Tamarind Shikanji Syrup into a mixer or glass and stir with a long spoon or a cocktail stirrer.
  2. Top up with club soda and add a pinch of black salt and chaat masala!
