Swa Tamarind Shikanji Alco-Slushie

This Tamarind Shikanji cocktail slushy is one to be thrilled about. This Indian classic gets a modern retouch with this recipe, everso presently uplifting the flavours in a fun way!

40 ml Swa Tamarind Shikanji
60 ml Gin / White Rum
5 ml Lime
150 ml Water

Instructions

Mix the syrup, spirit and water in a plastic container and freeze it
After it's frozen, take it out and break it apart, add some lime and put it in a blender
Blend the frozen mix till it forms a nice slush
Pour into a glass and serve cold!
