Swa Summer Berry Spritz Recipe (Berry Combo)

Bursting with flavour and color this Swa Summer Berry Spritz is the perfect summer party drink. All you need is Swa Summer Berry syrup, Gin, a splash of fizz and a twist of whatever fruits are fresh and available.

60 ml Gordon's London Dry Gin
20 ml Summer Berry Syrup (Strawberry and Hibiscus)
30 ml Fresh Pomegranate Juice
15 ml Lime
150 ml Soda

Instructions

Add Gordon's London Dry Gin and the syrups into the glass along with the pomegranate and lime juice. Using a Mixer, each stir or shake the concoction.
Grab a tall glass, fill it with ice and add the mixed ingredients and top up with some soda or tonic!
