Makes 8 – 10 drinks
Mahabaleshwar Strawberries are pulped and frozen, to that we add Hibiscus flowers from Mysore, some lemon juice and sugar to create this magnificent syrup.
You can add one part syrup to six parts water and ice to get a lovely Berry lemonade.
Do a gin cocktail with Summer Berries syrup, shake it up with any gin of your choice and some lime juice, top it up with soda or sparkling wine. You can also add in a splash of fresh juice if you’d like.
Also make yummy addition to ice cream or yogurt, you can also use it for home baking… it will be a divine topping on a cheese cake.
