Jamun Kala Khatta

Jamun, the black-berries of India. They have a tonne of medicinal and health benefits. In India we’ve always had Jamun with black salt and other spices. Swa Jamun kalakhatta Syrup uses jamun fruit with a bunch of spices, sugar and black salt. The colour that jamun fruit brings to the drink is what steals the show though.
You can add one part Swa Jamun Kalakhatta syrup to six parts water and ice. Use tonic water or soda for that fancy appeal.
Add a bit of any white spirit for that extra kick 🙂
