INGREDIENTS

Swa Summer Berry Shine
120 ml Sparkling White Wine
40 ml Soda
1 piece Strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

In a shaker/mixing glass, Crush half a strawberry with a muddler or you can use the back of a spoon
Add some large chunks of ice into the mixer
Pour in the sparkling white wine and soda in the mixer
Now drizzle and stir in the summer berry syrup
Pour the mixer into a chilled cocktail glass with some ice
Garnish with some cut strawberries
